During the 2008-2009 school year the Kansas State Department of Education is continuing to build statewide capacity to support structuring and implementation of MTSS at the district and building levels.
Elementary Level Support: Materials have been developed and facilitators from across the state have been trained to support buildings and districts through creating the structures and beginning the process of implementing MTSS.
Secondary Level Support: During the 2008-2009 school year KSDE is supporting the development of materials and training so that during the 2009-2010 school year recognized facilitators can be trained.
The list below is the statewide network of state recognized facilitators that maybe accessed by districts and buildings for support in structuring and implementing MTSS for elementary buildings.

These staff can be contracted to provide informational presentations and to provide support for structuring and implementation for elementary buildings during the 2008-09 school year. These staff are not financially supported by KSDE to provide presentations. Arrangements and fees for services must be made directly with the agency they are employed by. |
