Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) is the Kansas framework for Response-to-Intervention (RtI). The Kansas framework focuses on impacting the entire educational system to improve instruction for all students. The Kansas MTSS Symposium is an annual conference held in Wichita, Kansas. The conference brings together national speakers as well as schools from Kansas to share knowledge and learning about meeting the needs of all students.
